The universe of wine merged with the elegance and charm of Vico Wine Bar in an extraordinary evening. The magic unfolded when the prestigious Italian winemaker, Roberto Cipresso, took the stage to present his latest oenological masterpiece: Oria Toscana.

The evening came alive as Roberto Cipresso, with his unparalleled knowledge and passion for wine, shared the story and vision behind Oria Toscana. He told us the stories carved out during his 35-year career. From his first forays into the vineyards to becoming an oenological benchmark that has taken him to the top of the wine industry.

At the heart of the story was his most recent proposal, the dream incarnate: Oria Toscana. With palpable passion, he took us on a conceptual journey where wine transcends barrels and grapes. Oria Toscana, according to Cipresso, is not just a wine; it is an artistic expression, a community of friends, a reflection of the Tuscan land and his own aspirations as a wine maker.

As Cipresso told his story, it became clear that for him, wine is more than a beverage. It is a storyteller, a bearer of traditions and aspirations. Oria Toscana, in this context, becomes a new page in Cipresso's book of experiences, a story he hopes to share with all those who want to join him in this adventure.

We began our journey with the lively Rosso di Montalcino. With good structure and intensity, this wine reflected the vibrant character of the Sangiovese grape. Conceived near the Abbey of Sant'Animo at an altitude of 350m above sea level. Following the agronomic philosophy practiced in the vineyards of Montalcino it summoned us to continue drinking the Tuscan sunsets.

The next stop surprised us with the iconic Brunello di Montalcino. The vineyard is located in Poggio al Sole, at the foot of Sant'Angelo in colle, has an altitude of 250mts above sea level and an area of just under one hectare. This mythical wine embodies the very essence of Montalcino.

Each sip was like a walk through ancient vineyards, leaving a lasting impression of the region's winemaking tradition.

The jewel of the evening was undoubtedly the presentation of Oria Toscana by Roberto Cipresso. The vineyard is located in Val d'Orcia, a picturesque region of Tuscany known for its beautiful landscapes, rolling hills, and vineyards that produce some of the region's most iconic wines.

This unique wine fuses Tuscan authenticity with innovative creativity. With each sip, Oria transported us on a sensory journey, defying expectations. It was like a glimpse into the future, a promise of greatness to come in the vineyards of Montalcino.

With each empty glass, it was clear that Tuscany is not simply a place; it is an authentic expression of the spirit and vibrancy of its dwellers. From harvest to tasting, these wines reminded us of the region's rich winemaking heritage.
