With this we will kick off a series of newsletters dedicated to exploring one of the cornerstones of our visionary project: the creation of the largest Sangiovese clonal selection vineyard. In Oria Tuscany, Sangiovese is more than just a grape variety; it is the beating heart of our commitment to innovation and quality.
With the aim of planting and studying 140 known clones of Sangiovese, we aim to fully explore the potential of this iconic variety. Through our project, we will have the unique opportunity to vinify each clone, taste its specific expressions and share our results with you, our valued members.
This series of newsletters will accompany you on our journey, telling you about Sangiovese at 360 degrees, from its history to the most recent discoveries, passing through its different tasting expressions.
